59 questions answered

Every question we have answered by reading the actual document.

These are the pages that answer a question rather than describe an offer. Each one exists because a rule buried in somebody’s terms costs people money. Every figure on every page is a direct quote from the company’s own document, with the URL we read it on and the date we read it. Where a company publishes no number, we say so.

If you are looking for a specific company, the full offer directory covers every programme we have examined, and how we work explains the standard all of this is held to.

Good places to begin

A different shape of question in each one, so you can see what these pages do before you pick one. Every date on this page is the day that page was last updated. The date we read the company’s document is printed on the page itself, and the two are not always the same.

Why these pages exist at all

An offer page tells you what a company says it will give you. These pages tell you what has to be true before it actually does, which is where the money is usually lost. The pattern is almost always the same: a deadline measured from an event you did not notice, a definition of “qualifying” that excludes the obvious thing, or a figure the company simply never published while everyone else on the internet quotes one anyway.

New bonuses worth claiming, the ones that quietly get worse, and every new guide as we publish it.
