One thing we cannot help with
If you have a problem with your own account, such as a refund, a cancellation or a reward that has not arrived, contact the company directly. Only they can see your account. Our guide for that company usually points you to the right place. We are glad to help you read the terms, but we cannot access or resolve your account.
