Paramount+ Corrected Correction Section cited for the trial auto-charge
- We said:
Section 5.4 says a trial ends in an automatic charge. - Correct: Section 5.5 says a trial ends in an automatic charge.
The automatic charge at the end of a trial is now credited to section 5.5.
Why. The auto-charge sentence is 5.5(b) of the Terms of Use.

Dave Corrected Correction Which pages name Coastal Community Bank
- We said:
Every current Dave page names Coastal Community Bank. - Correct: The footer of that same page, like the other Dave pages we read, names Coastal Community Bank.
The bank-mismatch note now says the referral page's own footer names Coastal.
Why. The referral terms page names Evolve in the referral clause and Coastal in its footer, so the old line overstated it.

-
Albert Corrected Correction MoneyLion cross-link blurb
- We said:
pays cash for a payroll switch - Correct: pays cash or points for a payroll switch
The MoneyLion card now says cash or points.
Why. MoneyLion's page says the reward is paid as cash or Reward Points, at MoneyLion's choice.

-
Nexo Corrected Correction US history and reserve attestation
- We said:
The page said Nexo kept its US operation running and publishes a real-time reserve attestation. - Correct: Nexo announced in December 2022 that it was phasing out all US products (SEC release 2023-11) and later returned through Nexo US LLC. The attestation page returns not found, and the US site lists SOC 2 and SOC 3 audits instead.
The safety page said Nexo kept its US operation running after the 2023 settlement and publishes a real-time reserve attestation. Neither holds.
Why. The SEC's January 19, 2023 release records the phase-out, and the attestation address returned Page not found when we read it on October 3, 2026.

-
M1 Finance Corrected Correction Entry bar comparison
- We said:
The highest price of admission in this category - Correct: Only Schwab ($25,000) and Merrill Edge ($20,000) set a higher entry bar among the brokerages listed
The M1 page and directory entry called $10,000 the highest bar in the investing category. Schwab and Merrill Edge start higher.
Why. Our own entries for Schwab and Merrill Edge set higher lowest tiers.

Apple Corrected Correction Updating a wrong coverage date
- We said:
Apple's support article says coverage information can be updated with proof of purchase. - Correct: The warranty says Apple may require proof of purchase details before warranty service; contact Apple Support.
The page said Apple's support article lets coverage dates be updated with proof of purchase; neither support article we read says so.
Why. The claim is not in the October 2 read of one article or the October 3 read of the other.

-
eBay Corrected Correction User Agreement effective date
- We said:
effective upon acceptance for new users, and from February 20, 2026 for existing users - Correct: effective upon acceptance for new users, and from June 28, 2026 for users who agreed to an earlier version
The age step quoted the previous User Agreement's dates. The current version is effective upon acceptance for new users and from June 28, 2026 for users who agreed to an earlier version.
Why. February 20, 2026 is the previous amendment; the User Agreement we read opens with the June 28, 2026 version.

Midjourney Corrected Correction Help center article count and refund article revision date
- We said:
103 articles; Requesting a Refund revised March 25, 2026; the Cancel Change rule credited to the refund article - Correct: 105 articles, zero hits (read Oct 3, 2026); Requesting a Refund revised September 17, 2026; the Cancel Change rule credited to the Canceling Your Subscription article
Midjourney's public help center now lists 105 articles, not 103; a fresh search of all 105 still finds no referral, affiliate or coupon program. The refund article was revised September 17, 2026, not March 25, 2026; its rules are unchanged.
Why. The help-center index returned 105 on Sep 18 and Oct 3, 2026; the refund article's own timestamp is September 17, 2026; the Cancel Change sentence is in the cancel article.

-
Affirm Corrected Correction Source of the $30 figure
- We said:
Affirm's app advertises a $30 referral - Correct: Posts online quote a $30 Affirm referral; no Affirm page states it
The page said Affirm's app advertises a $30 referral; our only source for $30 is third-party aggregator sites.
Why. No first-party source supports the in-app claim.

-
Chime Corrected Correction Who the Chime referral guide is written for
- We said:
Unpublished: what Chime pays you for a completed referral - Correct: $100: what Chime pays you for opening an account through a friend's referral link
The guide was written around the reward for sending a link and told readers the $100 was not their bonus. It now leads with what a new member gets: $100 through a friend's link.
Why. Chime's terms pay $100 to the person who joins through the link, and that is who reads this guide.

-
tastytrade Corrected Correction Best ratio claim
- We said:
tied for the best ratio here - Correct: tied for the best cash ratio here
tastytrade's $100 on $1,000 ties the best cash ratio among investing offers, not the best ratio overall.
Why. Our entries for Groundfloor, Webull and Acorns show higher reward-to-deposit ratios paid in credit or shares.

-
Fine Print Doctor Corrected Correction Whether a referral link changes your bonus
- We said:
Your bonus is identical. A referral link never changes the number you collect - Correct: Some referral paths pay more; where another route pays more than our link, the guide says so
The disclosure said a referral link never changes what you collect; our Ledger guide shows other named links carry a voucher ours does not.
Why. The line was contradicted by our Ledger guide and by its own next clause.
- We said:
-
Wells Fargo Active Cash Corrected Correction Smallest card bonus claim
- We said:
the smallest bonus among the cards we read - Correct: among the smallest bonuses on the cards we have read

Why. Our Bilt entry is also $100.

-
PayPal Corrected Correction Who can take the invite reward
- We said:
You must never have had a PayPal account before - Correct: PayPal's invite is for someone who does not have PayPal yet
PayPal's invite is for someone who does not have PayPal yet; its terms say nothing about never having had an account.
Why. We overstated the rule; PayPal's page says only to invite a friend who doesn't have PayPal.
- We said:
-
Hims & Hers Corrected Correction Who the priced promotions are for
- We said:
These run for existing subscribers - Correct: Eight Sleep and Prenuvo for existing subscribers; Test Kit Credit and Welcome Discount for new customers

Why. The Test Kit Credit terms limit the offer to first purchases by new customers.

- We said:
Major appliances have the shortest windows - Correct: The shortest window we found anywhere sits on one of the most expensive things you can buy

Why. Walmart's and Best Buy's shortest windows are on phones and activatable devices.
- We said:
-
Grammarly Corrected Correction What a new sign-up gets
- We said:
Unpublished - Correct: Nothing
Grammarly's referral terms name no reward for the person who signs up; the page and directory entry now say so.

-
Uber Eats Corrected Correction Whether you can accept only one invitation
- We said:
You already accepted a different invitation: hard loss, no fix (five causes) - Correct: Not a documented rule for people ordering (four causes)
Uber's referred-only-once line sits in the paragraph for drivers and couriers; the rules state no such limit for people ordering, so it is no longer listed as a cause.
Why. The sentence closes the rules' paragraph for those who provide services through Uber.
- We said:
-
Uber Eats Corrected Correction One account per Uber product
- We said:
they require one account per Uber product - Correct: Removed from the new user's conditions
The one-account-per-product limit in Uber's rules applies to the person sending invitations, not to the new user.
Why. The rules state that limit for referrers and inviters only.
- We said:
-
Webull Corrected Correction Value on Webull's deposit offer page
- We said:
Webull's own offer page now sells them as 10 fractional shares valued up to $3,000 - Correct: On Sep 18 the offer page put the ten shares at up to $3,000; on Oct 3 it read only “10 Free Fractional Shares”
The offer page no longer prints a value for the 10 shares; the $3,000 wording was a Sep 18 observation.
Why. The Oct 3 read shows no value, and the old wording was quoted as current.
- We said:
-
Apple Card Corrected Correction Minimum age
- We said:
Locked out: anyone outside the United States, or under 18 - Correct: “Be 18 years or older, depending on where you live.”

Why. The sharer-only page's own table lists three.
- We said:
-
Fine Print Doctor Corrected Correction Whether our link can shrink your bonus
- We said:
It costs you nothing, it never shrinks your bonus - Correct: Where going direct or another link can pay you more than ours, as on Coinbase and Ledger, the guide says so
The disclosure and method boxes said our link never shrinks your bonus; on Coinbase and Ledger another route can pay more.
Why. Our Coinbase guide records a flat $20 through our link against a $10 to $2,000 draw, and our Ledger guide says other named links carry a voucher ours does not.
- We said:
-
Upside Corrected Correction In-app referral figure
- We said:
Its in-app referral screen says the program is personalized to each user and shows a figure that does not match the support article - Correct: We could not see the in-app referral screen
We have not seen Upside's in-app referral screen, so the page no longer describes it.
Why. No source we read supports the claim.
