NachoNacho Examined Jul 27, 2026 B2B software marketplace Rebate, not a discount

NachoNacho really does pay you back. One click in the wrong order cancels it.

Worth it ifyou are a genuinely new customer of the software you are buying, you have not clicked anybody else's link for it in the last three months, and you have a US bank account to be paid into. Miss any one of those and you pay full price for nothing.

Varies by vendoreach software listing carries its own cashback figure, paid to you as money rather than taken off the price, and only after the vendor confirms you qualify

Rare on this site: the reader genuinely collects. NachoNacho is a marketplace for business software that negotiates deals with vendors and passes part of them back to buyers. Few companies publish the list of ways you will not be paid; NachoNacho does, in a support article.

The trap is the order of your clicks, and it reaches back three months. NachoNacho's own cashback article lists, among the common reasons a user will not qualify: "You clicked on another affiliate link prior to NachoNacho's link in the last 90 days." An affiliate link is any tracked link a website earns from: review sites, newsletters, video descriptions, pages like this one. If you intend to buy through NachoNacho, go there first and click nothing else on the way.

That second-to-last row is NachoNacho's own sentence.

A rebate is not a discount, and the difference costs you cash flow

In NachoNacho's words, "Most deals and discounts are in the form of a rebate. Price is paid in full", and the cashback is "applied to your account up to 45 days after the purchase". So the money leaves your account at full price today and comes back, partially, in six weeks, and every qualifying condition is tested after you have already paid. A few listings behave differently, for instance the QuickBooks tile on the home page reads "10% INSTANT DISCOUNT All Plans", so read the individual listing.

Do this, in this order

  1. Check that you are genuinely new to that vendor. NachoNacho says "in the majority of cases, these discounts are available only if you are a new customer". An old free account, a lapsed subscription, or a trial a colleague started on your company domain can all make you an existing user in the vendor's records.
  2. Stop clicking, then go straight to NachoNacho. The 90-day rule punishes ordinary research, and you have no way to see what tracking is already sitting in your browser. If you are not sure, use a browser profile you do not read reviews in. Our own links count against you as much as anyone else's.
  3. Do not start the free trial first. "You signed up for a free trial without clicking NachoNacho's affiliate link first" is on the same published list. Choose the deal route first and start the trial from there.
  4. Check whether your deal is behind the paywall. The free Basic plan advertises "Access to hundreds of software discounts/perks". The line reading "Complete access to all marketplace discounts" sits on Basic Plus, at $199 a year. If your deal is gated, the maths is whether the rebate beats $199, remembering that the rebate is conditional and the $199 is not.
  5. Write down the purchase date, and chase before day 30. You are told cashback arrives within 45 days, and to submit an enquiry if you do not see it after 45 days. The same article then notes that some vendors only allow investigations within 30 days from the purchase date. Check the Cashback tab at week three, not week seven.
  6. Confirm you can be paid before you count the money. NachoNacho states that "Basic and Premium members can redeem cashback once they've accrued $50 or more in Marketplace Cashback", redeemed "directly into their linked primary funding US based bank account". A single rebate below $50 cannot be withdrawn at all, and there is no published cash route for anyone without a US bank account. Prepaid account holders can move cashback into their NachoNacho account balance instead, by emailing NachoNacho.

The fine print that can still cost you the rebate

The clauses below come from NachoNacho's own cashback article and section 13 of its Terms of Use.

The vendor holds the veto, not NachoNacho. "Cashback is subject to vendor approval. The confirmation and payout from the vendor can take up to 45 days." The fourth published void reason, "Your referral was not properly captured", is a tracking failure with no remedy attached to you.

Eligibility is discretionary in writing. The Terms of Use state that "Availability and timing of benefits are at NachoNacho's sole discretion", that "NachoNacho has absolute discretion in determining eligibility for any benefits or incentives", and that "Marketplace benefits and offers can be changed at any time".

Your benefit depends on a contract between two other companies. Benefits "are subject to agreements between NachoNacho and vendors and may be discontinued if vendor agreements are cancelled", and "If NachoNacho doesn't receive revenue share from a vendor, it may not provide benefits to buyers".

One clause works in your favour, so use it. "If You redeem an offer, the terms available at the time of redemption will apply until Your subscription ends." If a listing matters to your budget, screenshot it on the day you buy.

The headline numbers, and what they actually mean

The marketplace front page is a wall of large savings figures. They are real quotes, but each belongs to one vendor and usually to the largest plan that vendor sells. As read on July 25, 2026, the HubSpot tile advertised "30% DISCOUNT Pro+Enterprise. 15% Year 2." and "Save up to $18,000/year"; Deel sat at "15% CASHBACK All Plans. Forever." and "Save up to $21,564/year"; LegalZoom at "30% CASHBACK All Products. First Year." worth "up to $254". Your rebate is whatever your vendor and your plan size make it.

  • Deel, all plans, 15% cashbackup to $21,564/year
  • HubSpot, Pro and Enterpriseup to $18,000/year
  • LegalZoom, all products, first yearup to $254

Each figure belongs to one vendor, and usually to the largest plan that vendor sells.

Two widely repeated figures did not survive checking. The first is the claim that NachoNacho rebates up to 90 percent of its commission back to buyers. We could not find it anywhere on NachoNacho's own site; the only "90%" in the marketplace's visible text is a vendor deal label, "Up to 90% Off" on a DocSend for Startups listing, which is a discount on that product and says nothing about how commission is split. And the running catalogue total the home page advertises drifts as listings change, so it is not a number anybody should quote.

Skip this offer if

  • You have spent weeks researching the tool. The odds you have already tripped the 90-day rule are high, and there is no way to check.
  • You already use the software. Renewals and upgrades are not what these deals are for.
  • You are outside the United States. You may accrue cashback with no published way to withdraw it.
  • You are buying one small tool, once. A rebate under the $50 floor is a balance waiting to grow, not money you can spend, and a single gated deal has to beat $199 to be worth unlocking.

If you were thinking of promoting NachoNacho instead

The affiliate side is advertised generously and documented thinly. NachoNacho offers "100% rev-share", a free lifetime account once "you have invited two paying users", and a support article explaining that affiliates "earn 100% rev-share from NachoNacho membership fees for one year", paid "in about 30 days". Its worked example: if 50 users have a seat you earn "$250/month ($5 usage fee x 50 seats)" for a year from that one company, and an average company of about 100 employees means "$500/mo in recurring revenue".

Three things temper that. The worked examples rest on a $5 seat fee in an article last modified in October 2024, while the live pricing page lists Premium at $199 a year plus $10 per user per month; NachoNacho's own two published numbers disagree, and the affiliate maths uses the older one. The payout has two conditions: "The company you refer must upgrade to a premium account and become a software buyer in our Marketplace to count towards revenue share." And the programme runs on a third-party platform called Reditus, so its binding terms are not readable on NachoNacho's site or on the Reditus pages we tried. Joining a programme whose contract you cannot read is a decision, not a formality.

Is it worth your time?

Yes, in one specific situation: you are about to buy business software you have never used, you know which one, and you have not gone looking for reviews of it. Then going to NachoNacho first is a few minutes' work for a rebate that can run into real money. Outside that situation it turns fragile fast. The rebate arrives weeks later, rests on a vendor's approval and a marketplace's discretion, and cannot be withdrawn below $50 or outside a US bank account. Decide before you research, and check your Cashback tab at week three.
