Keystone runs an affiliate program only, the buyer gets nothing from it, and the contract explicitly treats a promoter passing any of their commission back to you as a breach. The wallet may still be the right wallet. The deal is not a deal.

Keystone’s affiliate contract, not its shop page, is where this question gets settled. Keystone sells a hardware wallet, a small device that holds the keys to your crypto offline, so a hacker inside your computer still cannot move your coins. What it does not sell is a way for you to be paid for buying it, and that is written into the contract on purpose.
Keystone bans the workaround, not just the discount. Its affiliate agreement prohibits promoting the product through cash return, bundling with other products, ultra low-cost resale, or, in its own phrase, “other disguised discounts forms”, and lists promotion with a disguised discount as a breach that can end the partnership. So a site offering you money back on a Keystone purchase is either using a separate coupon Keystone itself issued or quietly breaking its contract, and you have no way to tell which from the outside.

Do this, in this order
- Stop hunting for a Keystone referral code. There is no in-app referral to find, and no buyer bonus behind one.
- Distrust any page waving a Keystone discount at you. A cashback deal that collapses mid-purchase is a support problem you do not need.
- Judge the wallet on the wallet. Compare the models, the coins you actually hold, the app you will use daily, and the price, and buy the one that wins on those.
- Buy from the official store or a seller Keystone names. Third-party marketplace sellers have shipped tampered and already set up devices, and a wallet somebody else configured is a wallet somebody else can empty. We could not find a published anti-counterfeit or buy-direct warning from Keystone itself.
- Write the recovery phrase on paper and keep it off every screen. During setup the device gives you a recovery phrase, also called a seed phrase: the words that are the master key to everything on the wallet. Write them on paper, store them somewhere private, and never type them into a phone or computer, never photograph them, and never give them to anyone. No legitimate company will ever ask for them.
